Early Lecture? Late Tutorial? Long Study Session?

Despite the fact that the university semester is undoubtedly underway, my brain doesn’t seem to have gotten the memo!
Be it the 8am Monday morning lecture or the two-hour tutorials at the time that I should be enjoying my dinner, I just always seem to be lacking that needed concentration boost and energy kick to keep me going. So here’s the kicker: my tongue has a specific preference for coffee that’s hard to meet and so getting that much needed caffeine hit is often a struggle. Luckily, I have a stash of I Am Grounded natural energy snacks stashed away in my study area.
These delicious, healthy and environmentally beneficial snacks have been my saving grace this semester, and there’s a mix of flavours to choose from! Their snack bar range includes Cocoa, Almond Butter & Coffee Fruit - a fudgy, chocolatey bar that doubles as a brownie if you pop it in the microwave for a moment, Espresso, Tahini & Coffee Fruit - a sweet, coffee flavoured bar (this one’s for the coffee lovers!), and my personal favourite, the Lemon, Coconut & Coffee Fruit - a light and sweet snack bar, with the perfect flavour combination of lemon and coconut!

I find that after enjoying one of their Lemon Coconut bars in the morning, I have enough energy to get me through until lunch time. If I’m craving chocolate but also feel a bit on the lethargic side, one of their Cocoa Almond bars is the MVP!
