We spent 2019 hand making and refining our three bar flavours, and learnt a few things about what goes into a snack product. With the philosophy standing as 'Snack Well. Snack Sustainably', we've always been conscious of the ingredients we put in.
As two fairly active millennials who run this start-up and eat predominantly plant-based, we're passionate about the wholefoods lifestyle. So we didn't go for ingredient replacers like alcohol sugars, we also didn't smash our product full of protein powders, because lord knows there's already a sea of them, and finally, we wanted our bars to taste natural and chewy (but in a good way), with whole nuts clumped throughout. We seek organic or natural ingredients and produce our products in Northern NSW, we're proud to be Aussie-made and owned.
To get to this stage took a good 1.5 years of road testing and we're so happy to share what we've put in our bars to make them so yummy.
